If you don’t know what ‘What’s Up?’ is then I will explain. “What’s Up?’ is what has been going on in my little world at the moment. I turned these posts where I wrote about a bunch of random things happening in my life into a series with the name ‘What’s Up?’ because then you could look back on each one from the beginning really easily. You can look at some of my other ones here.
Being Creative Without Screens Goal
Haha, yeah about that goal I made in my last post… 😁 Well, lets just say I have been super busy at the moment and I didn’t make the time to blog during all the stress of school exams, NAPLAN, assessments and other fun things like winning debates against other schools. I saw a quote on pinterest saying ‘A goal without a plan is nothing but a wish.’ I have found this to be especially true in the past few weeks. I did have the goal to both create more art and blog about it for you guys but I didn’t plan a time to fit in taking photos and making time to write posts so they didn’t get done. I did, however create the art and I am going to share more of it in the next post I write. You can see a sneak peek of one of the pages in the photo above.
School Activities
Being a teenager means high school, and lots of study. Over the past few weeks that I have been away from blogging I have had half yearly exams and assesments and NAPLAN so I have been madly studying for all those tests. Science was my hardest. In previous years I have been good at it, but this year my teacher is harder to learn from so when I got her study guide of all the topics that we had apparently studied, I only knew vague things about. So I spent about a week of non stop googling and learning the topics that were in my test. Oh, how I do love school…
All About That Drama
I go to a super fun drama group for teens and this year is our major play year. We are doing a pantomime that is pretty much is Jack and the Beanstalk but with a twist. I am the main character Jack and I fall in love with the lovely Adelaide – my cousin Brianna. Being a main character means pretty much every night is spent rehearsing and practicing because we are putting on the play in about 3 weeks! It’s exciting!
